NorthWestern Energy is upgrading a substation serving Toston area customers.
The work requires a power outage from 8 a.m. to noon Thursday, Nov. 12. Customers who will be impacted will be notified by an automated phone message.
The work will improve service reliability in the area and we appreciate customers' patience.
