Novatek Board of Directors proposes a distribution of 2014 cash dividend

[2014/04/23 - Hsinchu, Taiwan] The Novatek board of directors today announced that the board of directors resolved a proposal of the distribution of 2014 cash dividend as follows. The proposal will be submitted to the company's annual shareholders' meeting on June
6th, 2014 for approval.
1. The board of directors recommends the distribution of cash dividend of total NT

3,651,068,814 dollars, which is NT 6.0 dollars per common share.

2. The board of directors recommends the distribution of employees' cash bonus at a total of NT 837,345,535 dollars and NT 9,834,247 dollars for the remuneration to board members.
