NOVO RESOURCES CORP. Novo Resources Corp announced that it has entered into subscription agreement to issue 9,000,000 shares at a price AUD 0.20 per share for gross proceeds AUD 1,800,000 on December 20, 2023. The transaction included participation from returning investor Liatam Mining PTY Ltd. Liatam Mining Pty Ltd has agreed to further invest AUD 1.8 million to obtain 9,000,000 shares at AUD 0.20 per share in Novo to increase their shareholding from 3% to 6%. The transaction is subject to receipt of TSX approval.
Liatam has a right to transmute the issued shares into ASX CDIs following a four-month hold.
