Now News Digital Media Technology Co. Ltd. signed a cooperation letter of intent to acquire Beijing Xintongying Culture and Communications Co. Ltd. on October 13, 2015.

Under the terms of the letter of intent, Now News Digital Media Technology Co. Ltd. will acquire Beijing Xintongying Culture and Communications Co. Ltd. through share exchange.

Post-acquisition, Beijing Xintongying Culture and Communications Co. Ltd. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Now News Digital Media Technology Co. Ltd. Dragon Gate Investment Partners LLC acted as public relations advisor for Now News Digital Media.
