NPC Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A004250) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder value through stock price stabilization.
The program will expire on July 2, 2024. As of April 1, 2024, the company had 808,660 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 68,879 shares in treasury under other capacities.
National Plastic Company Limited is a Korea-based manufacturer mainly engaged in the provision of synthetic resin products. The Companyâs offerings consist of containers, including beverage and drink containers and industrial containers; pallets, including reversible pallets, non-reversible pallets, top frame pallets, collapsible pallets, flooring pallets and others; chairs and desks, including garden chairs, stadium seats, lecture chairs and desks, benches and accessories; clean systems, including waste bins and containers for recycled materials and waste disposals, as well as win boards, which are sheet products for the construction of fish hatchery tanks.
