NSD Co., Ltd. announced that as the term of Audit & Supervisory Board Member, Mr. Hitoshi Sasaki will expire at the close of the ordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 24, 2015, and Mr. Hiroaki Masuda will resign as Audit & Supervisory Board Member at the same time, the board proposed that Takashi Kawashima be elected as Audit & Supervisory Board Member.
