Downtown Properties Owner, LLC, which is a subsidiary of the Company, acquired the membership interests of Stuart Street Holdings LLC after the decision made by governing body on May 31, 2017. As a result, the amount of investment for Stuart Street Holdings LLC became ten hundredths or more of the amount of the stated capital of the Company. Accordingly, Stuart Street Holdings LLC became the specified subsidiary of the Company.
