Nuveen Floating Rate Income Fund Stock

Nuveen Floating Rate Income Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to achieve a high level of current income. The Fund invests at least 80% of its Assets (as defined below) in secured senior loans and unsecured senior loans, which unsecured Senior Loans will be, at the time of investment, investment grade quality. The Fund invests at least 65% of its managed assets in senior loans that are secured by specific collateral. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its managed assets in other debt securities such as investment and non-investment grade debt securities, convertible securities and structured notes, mortgage-related and other asset-backed securities, and debt securities and other instruments issued by government, government-related or supranational issuers. The Fund may invest up to 5% of its Managed Assets in iBoxx Loan Total Return Swaps. Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC, is the Fund’s investment adviser.
