Nuveen Taxable Municipal Income Fund Stock

Nuveen Taxable Municipal Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to provide current income through investments in taxable municipal securities. As a secondary objective, the Fund seeks to enhance portfolio value and total return. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in taxable municipal securities. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in securities other than taxable municipal securities, including municipal securities the interest income from which is exempt from regular federal income tax, United States Treasury securities and obligations of the United States Government, its agencies and instrumentalities. The Fund’s investment adviser is Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC.
