Nuvoton Technology Corporation is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and distribution of integrated circuit (IC) products and wafer products. The Company provides ordinary ICs, including micro controllers (MCUs), which are applied in touch panels, residential security, air conditioning, motor control, medical electronics, instruments, universal serial bus (USB) devices, wireless audio transmission, information electronics, industrial electronics and automobile electronics, among others; audio ICs, which are applied in toys, automobile audio products, medical products and industrial broadcasting devices, as well as computer ICs, which are applied in embedded controllers, super input/output (I/O) chips, keyboard control (KBC) chips and power management chips. The Company also involves in wafer foundry services, which offers logic, mixed mode, flat cell, flash and high voltage wafer processes.
