NVH KOREA INC. is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile components. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Automotive Part segment produces noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) parts such as isolation dashes, insulation dashes, insulation hoods, insulation fenders, tunnel pads, as well as headliners, floor carpets, door trims, engine control parts, among others. The Clean Room segment manufactures clean room equipment used in semiconductor and display companies. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets, including China, India, Russia and others.
