Silver Lake Management, L.L.C. entered into an agreement to acquire an unknown majority stake in Facile.it S.p.A. from EQT VIII, managed by EQT Partners AB and Oakley Capital Private Equity III managed by Oakley Capital Investments Limited (LSE:OCI) on June 22, 2022. In 2021 Facile generated approximately €140 million in revenue. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to close in Q3 2022.
