Ocado Group PLC said Thursday that it has appointed Stephen Daintith as its new chief financial officer, succeeding Duncan Tatton-Brown.
The online grocer said Mr. Tatton-Brown will step down on Nov. 22 due to family circumstances. He will then continue as a nonexecutive director at three of Ocado's subsidiaries, including the company's joint venture with U.K. grocer Marks & Spencer Group PLC.
A starting date for Mr. Daintith is yet to be confirmed, the company said.
Mr. Daintith currently works as CFO at jet-engine maker Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC and has had experiences in senior roles at companies such as Daily Mail and Dow Jones & Co.
