OIL TERMINAL S.A. informs shareholders and investors that the Ministry of Energy, as majority shareholder of the company, with a shareholding of 59.62% of the share capital, mentioned within OGSM meeting of 27.04.2022 that, in addition to the previous request which could not be implemented due to the application for action submitted against the registration of the managers appointed by OGSM Decision no. 7/01.04.2022, restates the request for another convocation of Oil Terminal S.A.' Shareholders Ordinary General Assembly expeditiously, in order that the following item is included in the agenda: The approval for starting the selection procedure for the Board of Directors' members of Oil Terminal S.A., according to the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 regarding corporate governance of public enterprises, approved with alterations by Law no. 111/2016. The selection procedure is organized by the Ministry of Energy on behalf of Romanian State.

The company's Board of Directors shall review the request of the Ministry of Energy and shall apply all legal provisions in force.
