Oji Holdings Corporation (TSE:3861) entered into share exchange agreement to acquire Moriha Shigyo Co., Ltd. for approximately ¥1063 million on December 25, 2023. Oji Holdings Corporation will allot 1803 share for each share of Moriha Shigyo Co. The transaction is expected to close on February 1, 2024.
EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. acted as fairness opinion provider to Oji Holdings Corporation on the transaction.
