Miwa Kozai, KK agreed to acquire Okaya Steel Sheet Sales Co., Ltd. from Okaya & Co. Ltd. (NSE:7485) on August 14, 2013. Pursuant to the transaction, Satoshi Kobayashi will be the President and Representative Director of Okaya Steel Sheet Sales, Haruo Yamato will be a Director, Shizu Hirota will also be a Director, Shin'ya Fujimoto will be a part-time Director and Takahiro Ikumi will be a part-time Auditor. The transaction is expected to close on September 1, 2013.
