Issue of Shares and Cleansing Statement

17 June 2022 - The Board of OliveX Holdings Limited (NSX: OLX) ("the Company") advises that it has issued 472,976 Performance Rights (MD Performance Rights) per the approved Resolution 4 of the General Meeting dated 24 May 2022, 16,250 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) on the conversion of 16,250 Performance Rights Class B and 2,335 fully paid ordinary shares to a third party service provider for the settlement of services provided.

The Company hereby gives notice that:

1. the Company issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;
2. this notice if being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act;
3. as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:
4. 1. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and
   2. section 674 of the Act; and
   3. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is "excluded information" within the meaning of Section 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.

The notice has been authorised for release to the NSX by the Company, on behalf of the Board.

Additional restrictions may apply depending on the type of game or experience you are attempting to access.
