The coronavirus outbreak in China is hitting the country's manufacturing centres, as measures including an unusual decision to extend the Lunar New Year holiday and lengthen plant shutdowns in industrial centres. Manufacturers in China including OneAll International Limited have to face a situation that they have to extend the period that their factories are to remain closed and no worker can return back to factories. The Company's production facility at Zhaoqing was closed for the Chinese New Year break and was scheduled to re-open on 11 February 2020. However, given the lock-down orders currently in place in China which are directly impacting on many of the Company's employees and in order to avoid exposing other employees to the risk of infection, the re-opening of the production facility has been deferred to a date yet to be determined. Therefore, the completion and delivery of customer orders will be affected. The Company will continue monitoring the coronavirus situation in China and will be liaising with Government and Health officials. The Zhaoqing production facility will be re-opened as soon as it is safe to do so. The Company has been in contact with its customers to keep them informed of the developing situation in China and the likely impact the extended closure of the factory could have on meeting scheduled deliveries. The Company will also provide the market with regular updates on the evolving situation in China and its potential impact on the Company's operations. The Board of the Company is pleased to advise that no employees have reported being infected with the virus and it wishes all employees safe and good health while praying for all coronavirus victims.
