OneApex Limited Announces Retirement of Chiu Joon Sun as Executive Director, Member of the Risk Committee and Nominating Committee

OneApex Limited announced that Mr. Chiu Joon Sun ("Mr. Chiu") has decided to retire as the Executive Director of the Company and will not seek for re-election at the forthcoming annual general meeting for the financial year ended 30 September 2023 ("Annual General Meeting") to concentrate on his executive duties at OneApex Capital Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company. Upon the conclusion of the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting, Mr. Chiu will cease to be an Executive Director of the Company as well as a member of the Risk Committee and Nominating Committee. The Sponsor, after having interviewed Mr. Chiu, is satisfied that other than as disclosed in the announcement, there is no other reason for the cessation of Mr. Chiu as the Executive Director of the Company.
