OneLogix Group Limited announced that Bridgitte Mathews has tendered her resignation as an independent non- executive director, member of the Audit and Risk Committee and as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Company effective 7 December 2018, due to capacity constraints imposed by other commitments.
