OPAL Fuels Inc. announced that it has received $330.806 million in funding from NextEra Energy, Inc., Electron Capital Partners, LLC, Gunvor Group Ltd, Adage Capital Management, L.P., Wellington Management Group LLP, ArcLight Clean Transition Corp. II

On July 21, 2022, OPAL Fuels Inc. closed the transaction. The company entered into agreement and amended the terms of the transaction and received new 10,580,600 A shares at an issue price of $10 per share for gross proceeds of $105,806,000.
