2. Reason for the difference
On 10 February 2022, the Company revised its full-year forecasts upwards. The Company has just completed the business integration of the former BeNEXT Group and the former Yumeshin Holdings in April 2021, and the business continued to perform well in the second half of the year, partly due to the merger taking effect earlier than originally envisaged.
Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company deviated from the forecast due to various scrutinies related to the business integration and the revision of tax amounts for previous years.
