(Alliance News) - Openjobmetis Spa reported Friday that Omniafin Spa has purchased 4,365 ordinary shares in the company.
The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR8.25, for a total consideration of EUR36,011.25.
Openjobmetis stock is up 1.3 percent at EUR8.44 per share.
