PARTIAL AMENDMENT AND ADDITION

TO THE PRESS RELEASE PUBLISHED ON 16 MARCH 2021

Milan, 18 March 2021 - As a partial amendment and addition to the press release published on 16 March 2021 (Regulatory Information No. 1803-6-2021), concerning the approval of the Draft 2020 Financial Statements, the Company specifies the following.

In relation to the proposal to allocate the dividend, if the number of eligible shares should - as a result of the completion of the transaction communicated to the market on 25 January 2021 - change on a date prior to the Shareholders' Meeting scheduled to be held on 30 April 2021, the unit dividend shall be EUR 0.1045, instead of EUR 0.1100.

Any event affecting the case will be promptly communicated to the market.
