Corporate News No. 06/2012 OperaOne AG: Investing minimum of EUR 68 million in development of a new apartment site in western part of Frankfurt Frankfurt / Main, June 21, 2012 - OperaOne AG will develop a new and unique high quality apartment site in the so called "Gallus-Viertel", a western district of Frankfurt. The main investment theme is to develop a high quality residential standard with perfect transport connection to the nearby financial district.

Located at the Mainzer Landstrasse, close to a parkside, the acquired plot sizes 8.000 sqm. Total planned living space is about 20.500 sqm with 300 flats, with 2 supermarkets and underground parking lots planned. The targeted project-related investment volume is between EUR 68 million and EUR 80 million.
Mainzer Landstrasse is the sixth project of OperaOne AG realized under the lead of CEO Ralph Jerey since the IPO of Opera One in 2011. "Following the sale of our first project in
