Optima bank Societe Anonyme (hereafter the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of L.3556/2007, as in force, that the Home Member State of the Company is Greece. The above notification regarding the Home Member State of the Company has also been submitted to the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission as the competent Supervisory Authority.
