Orange Polska S A : Change in dividend date in connection with AGM

Pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska") hereby announces a change in the dividend dates.

With reference to the current report 4/2023 of 15 February 2023 and in connection with the convocation of the Annual General Meeting of Orange Polska to be held on 29 June 2023, the proposed dividend days have been changed:

• the "D" day on which the right to dividend for 12 July 2023 (previously 22 June);
• the "W" day on which the dividend is paid for 20 July 2023 (previously 6 July).

The proposed amount of the dividend of PLN 0.35 per share has not changed. The ultimate decision concerning profit distribution will be made by the Annual General Meeting of Orange Polska.
