Orchestra-Prémaman S.A. reported consolidated earnings results for the first half ended August 31, 2017. For the first half, the company reported revenue of EUR 304.8 million compared to EUR 297.4 million a year ago. Operating loss was EUR 3.5 million compared to EUR 2.3 million a year ago. Net loss from continuing operations was EUR 9.0 million compared to EUR 5.0 million a year ago. Net loss was EUR 10.8 million compared to net EUR 5.6 million a year ago. The company invested 10.1 million in intangible fixed assets (development costs 4.3 million, leasehold rights and franchises 0.3 million, licences and software 2.1 million, and structure-building IT projects 3.1 million), 8.2 million in property, plant and equipment (mainly new stores and renovations).

In the second half of 2017 to 2018, the Group will step up its efforts to improve profitability, continue deleveraging and reduce WCR and inventories.
