Chairman and member of the Board of OrderYOYO, Preben Damgaard Nielsen, has informed the Board of Directors that he will step down as chairman and resign as board member of OrderYOYO with immediate effect due to personal reasons.

The board has initiated the search process for a new Chairman and Board Member of OrderYOYO.

Until a new chairman is in place Ulla Brockenhuus-Schack will function as Chairman of OrderYOYO. Ulla Brockenhuus-Schack is Managing Partner at SEED Capital, OrderYOYO's largest shareholder, and has been a board member of OrderYOYO since June 2016.
