Ordina N.V. Approves Cash Dividend for 2017, Appoints C.E. Princen as Member of the Supervisory Board, Replacing Van Der Werf

Ordina N.V. proposed that the General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 26, 2018 approved a cash dividend of 2 EUR cents (EUR 0.02) per share, to be charged to the net profit for 2017.

The company also appointed Mrs. C.E. (Caroline) Princen as a member of the Supervisory Board, replacing Mr. Van der Werf.
