Dr. Horton is a 1983 graduate of the Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, formally Women's Medical College and the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She completed her Family Practice residency at Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, CA, one of the top family practice residencies in the nation.
