Organización Cultiba, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 96.23 million compared to MXN 32.51 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 236.69 million compared to MXN 70.08 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.31. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.31. Basic earnings per share was MXN 0.33. Diluted earnings per share was MXN 0.33.
For the nine months, sales was MXN 319.23 million compared to MXN 76.34 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 780.51 million compared to MXN 539.9 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.92. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.92. Basic earnings per share was MXN 1.09. Diluted earnings per share was MXN 1.09.
Organizacion Cultiba SAB de CV (Cultiba) is a Mexico-based holding company principally engaged, together with its subsidiaries, in the beverages industry. The Company has license from Pepsi-Co Inc to produce, distribute and sell mainly the Pepsi Cola, Manzanita Sol, Mirinda, Kas, Gatorade, Lipton, Be Light, Mountain Dew and Seven Up soft drink trademarks. The Company also produces and distributes bottled water under the Trisoda, Santorini and Junghanns brands, among others.
