The Board of Directors of Orient Overseas (International) Limited announced that Mr. YAN Jun ("Mr. Yan") has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and ceased as a member of the Nomination Committee and the Risk Committee of the Company, all with effect from 1st August 2023 due to work arrangements.
