CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND

AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Oriental Press Group Limited (the "Company") announces that with effect from today:

1. Mr. Tak-shing WONG ("Mr. WONG") has tendered his resignation as the company secretary and authorised representative of the Company. Mr. WONG confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company; and
2. Mr. King-nam KWAN ("Mr. KWAN") has been appointed as the company secretary and authorised representative of the Company. Mr. KWAN holds a Professional Diploma in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master Degree of Business Administration from The University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
   The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. WONG for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of office and also welcome Mr. KWAN on his new appointment.
