Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,100 shares, representing 14.84% of its share capital for ¥1,000.1 million. The share repurchase program will run until January 24, 2019. As of September 30, 2018, the company had 6,741,335 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 1,055,465 shares in treasury.
