- Orion Corp.'s ownership interest in Chinese, Vietnamese and Russian subsidiaries are 95.2%, 100.0% and 73.3%, respectively.

- The above 'Sales by country' and 'Operating profit by country' are preliminary closing figures based on the non-consolidated financial statements of Orion Corp., the parent company, and of its overseas subsidiaries. The figures on the above are subject to change depending on the results of an external auditor's review.

- Note that the the sum of the above 'Sales by country' and 'Operating profit by country' differ from the corresponding figures in the consolidated income statements. Such difference includes the consolidation adjustments made for the internal transactions among consolidated entities which consist of the parent company and overseas subsidiaries as well as the performance of other overseas subsidiaries (including the subsidiary in India).

- The figure for China on 'Sales by country' includes not only the sales of Orion Food Co., Ltd.(OFC), an external sales corporation out of the Company's nine subsidiaries in China, but other external sales.

- The figure for China on 'Operating profit by country' simply adds up the operating profits of all nine subsidiaries in China based on separate financial statements. The actual amount reflected in the consolidated income statements, however, may differ from the figures on the above due to the consolidation adjustments for internal transactions and etc. as described above.
