TOKYO, Japan - March 21,2024 - ORIX Corporation announced today that its group company in the U.S., ORIX Corporation USA, has transferred all of its interest in RB Capital S.A., which operates asset management and capital markets businesses in Brazil, to RB Capital's managing partners.
