Fitch Ratings assigned credit rating for Eurobonds issued in ORLEN Capital Group

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 30 June 2014 Fitch Ratings ("Agency") assigned final senior unsecured rating of "BBB-" for Eurobonds issued by ORLEN Capital AB. Eurobonds are guaranteed by PKN ORLEN.

Eurobonds rating is at the same level as PKN ORLEN Issuer Default Rating (IDR) assigned by the Agency: "BBB-/stable outlook". It reflects the guarantee providing by PKN ORLEN as well as senior unsecured rating for PKN ORLEN bonds.

PKN ORLEN owns 100% of the registered capital of ORLEN Capital AB.
