The debtor listed its assets of $4.07 billion and liabilities of $4.16 billion. The affiliates include Ormet Primary Aluminum Corporation, Specialty Blanks Holding Corporation and Ormet Aluminum Mill Products Corporation.

Ltd., MID-SHIP Group LLC, Mountain State Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Inc., Jinan Aohai Carbon Products Co. Ltd., Hydro Aluminium International S.A., Impala Warehousing (US) LLC, Reintjes Services, Inc., PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. The debtor is represented by Daniel B. Butz, Robert J. Dehney and Erin R Fay of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell, LLP as its legal counsels.

Albert Kass of Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC is appointed as claims and noticing agent to the debtor.
