OTRS AG announced that the Management Board and Supervisory Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting on 21 July 2022 to increase the dividend to EUR 0.15 per share. This corresponds to more than a doubling of the distribution compared to the previous year of EUR 0.07 per share.
