RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARIES
The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Siau Kuei Lian as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 31 May 2022. The Board wishes to take this opportunity to record their appreciation to Ms Siau Kuei Lian for her past services.
Further to the above change, the Board wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Ong Beng Hong and Ms Tan Swee Gek as the Joint Company Secretaries of the Company with effect from 31 May 2022 to act jointly and severally in the discharge of their duties and functions.
