Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC announced that Ms. Herathmudiyanselage Laknadhi Tanusha Perera will be appointed as the new Company Secretary of the Company with effect from July 20, 2021, in place of Ms. Balasuriya Arachchige Shiromi Ranjana Balasuriya (Shiromi Ranjana Balasuriya) who ceased to be the Company Secretary of the Company.

Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC is a property development and investment holding company. It operates in three segments: Property Leasing, Property Trading and Property Services. Its Havelock City is a residential and commercial development project undertaken in the Colombo city and is located along Havelock Road. Mireka Capital Land (Private) Limited, a subsidiary, is engaged in purchasing, hiring and acquiring real estate properties, real estate development and providing infrastructure facilities to the Havelock City development project. The Havelock City project has eight luxurious residential apartment towers with 1087 units was built in four Phases, a commercial complex comprising an Office Tower offering Grade A work spaces and a Shopping Mall built with a fusion of dining and entertainment options including a multiplex cinema. Havelock City commercial development comprises a 50-storey office tower named Mireka Tower offering 600,000 square feet of grade A premium office space.
