(XKON:A239890) from AJU IB-Advanced Materials Investment Fund, KoFC-AJU Pioneer Champ 2011-8 Venture Fund and AJU Startup Investment Fund managed by AJU IB INVESTMENT Co., Ltd. for approximately KRW 300 million on October 13, 2017. AJU IB-Advanced Materials Investment Fund, KoFC-AJU Pioneer Champ 2011-8 Venture Fund and AJU Startup Investment Fund sold 0.012 million shares each at KRW 8330 per share. Post transaction, AJU IB INVESTMENT Co., Ltd. will hold 0.63 million shares representing 18.25% stake in P&H Tech Co., Ltd.
