a. PCRD Investments Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, has been dissolved under voluntarily deregistration.
b. Starvest Limited, a company registered in the Cayman Islands, has been dissolved under members voluntary winding up.
The deregistration and liquidation of the above-mentioned companies are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
