Pacific Mercantile Bancorp is the holding company. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Pacific Mercantile Bank (the Bank), which is a state-chartered commercial bank. It operates through the commercial banking segment. The Bank offers its customers a range of different loan products, including commercial loans and credit lines, accounts receivable and inventory financing, small business administration (SBA) guaranteed business loans, and owner-occupied commercial real estate loans. Its deposits consist of noninterest bearing demand deposits, interest-bearing checking accounts, money market and savings deposits, and time deposits. The Company's subsidiaries also include PMB Statutory Trust III, PMB Capital Trust III and PM Asset Resolution, Inc.
