Disclosure of inside information by listed company:

This is with reference to the public offer published by Arif Habib Limited (Manager to the Offer) on June 30, 2022 on behalf of the Company to acquire upto 585,254 ordinary shares (minimum level of acceptance of 409,677 shares) of Sanofi Aventis Pakistan Limited ("Target Company") comprising 6.07% of the issued ordinary share capital thereof at an offer price of PKR 1,704/- per ordinary share pursuant to the Securities Act, 2015 (the Act) and the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017 (the Regulations).

Today, the Manager to the Offer has published a notification in newspapers namely Business Recorder [English] and Nawa-e-Waqt [Urdu] (copies attached) on behalf of the Company stating that the acceptance period for the acquisition of shares of the Target Company under the Offer will commence from August 17, 2022 and will end on August 23, 2022 (both days inclusive).

Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Act, 2015, the Company has duly caused this form/statement to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned hereunto duly authorized.
