Panasialum Holdings Company Limited Appoints Chan Kai Nang as an Independent Non-Executive Director and A Member of Each of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of PanAsialum Holdings Company Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Chan Kai Nang as an independent non-executive Director and a member of each of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee of the Company with effect from 1 January 2020. Mr. Chan is currently an independent non-executive director of Soundwill Holdings Limited.
