Pangrim Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A003610) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 510,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value through stock price stabilization. The program will expire on May 17, 2020. As of February 16, 2020, the company had 3,123,031 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury under other capacities.
PANGRIM Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of processing textile products. The textile products consists of dyeing fabric, bleaching textiles, printing fabrics, grey yarns, grey fabrics and others. Its products mainly used for clothes and bedclothes. In addition, it exports raw cottons to Vietnam. It is also involved in the rental business. The Company distributes its textile products within domestic market and to overseas markets, including Hong Kong, the United State, Vietnam and other areas.
