EXTRAORDINARY NOTICE

The General Meeting convened for 17 April is cancelled

On 17 March 2020, PannErgy Plc. ("the Company") published the invitation for the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 17 April 2020.

In an extraordinary notice circulated on 26 March 2020, the Company shared the potential effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the viability of the Annual General Meeting as scheduled in the invitation.

In view of the persistent exceptional situation that emerged on account of the COVID-19 pandemic, and taking into account the relevant laws (including the stipulations of Government Decree No. 46/2020 (III.16.)) as well as other publicly available information, PannErgy Plc. no longer sees it possible to hold the Annual General Meeting as scheduled in the invitation.

Pursuant to Section 4(1) of the Government Decree No. 46/2020 (III.16.), participation at events is forbidden, regardless of the number of participants and the location of the event.

Complying with the requirements of transparent operation, PannErgy Plc. published all the proposals for the General Meeting today, in accordance with the original agenda.

Once the above exceptional circumstances have ended, PannErgy Plc. will propose to hold the Annual General Meeting as soon as reasonable, by publishing a new invitation to that effect.

The Company hereby requests its Shareholders and capital market participants to continuously monitor the relevant information provided by PannErgy Plc., MNB, the BSE and the Government of Hungary.

This announcement is published in Hungarian and English languages. In case of any contradiction between these two versions, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
