PannErgy Plc (BUSE:PANNERGY) commences share repurchases on May 2, 2022 under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on April 29, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to HUF 600 million worth of shares. The authorization shall be valid till April 13, 2023.

As of April 29, 2022, the company had 21,054,655 issued shares and was holding 4,735,217 equity shares at the time of the General Meeting.
